mail range from excel though outlook

Post subject: mail range from excel though outlook

Hi all, is anybody can tel me how I can send small range of my work sheet by
mail though out look express

A perticular range contains a data (Report)
as and when i change the dropdown box data will get updated, each time drop
down changes, seperate report will be generated and same must be mailed to
defferent email ids with copy to common ids. The range must be copies to the
body of the letter

please advise
