That didn't seem to help, because my options are not the sameI'm using vista.
Can I use my windows mail?

You can only use the "send as plain text" and "send as attachment" options
with Windows Mail, and you do get a security question for each message. You

we have puchased an windows xp profational cd we r unable to to put the
product id in to that cd
so kindly help us for that & we r finding difficulties to send u an related
documents of purchase
we have only licence authorisation no.&agreement no.
there is microsoft product no.
