When I try to use Microsoft Word it asks me to enter a 25 digit Product Key
which I
have obtained from the label on the bottom of my laptop. It will only allow
me
to enter 24 character then I get the message "The key is incorrect. Verify
that
you have the correct key, then retype it" I am sure it is the correct
number. The
problem seems to be it will only accept 24 figures....

Are you sure you're not typing a space anywhere? Usually the entry form has
five slots, each of which accommodates five characters.
