Ask Comcast what tool or file format they offer for transferring contacts.

Chigal,
With Outlook closed:
1. Go to www.comcast.net, and sign into your Comcast mail acct.
2. From the Mail Acct> Select Address Book.
3. Select All the Contacts/Addresses that you want to Transfer.
4. Select button to Export on the toolbar, and save the as an Outlook.CSV
file to your Desktop. It should be named something like WebMail.csv.
5. At this time I would take the time and open the file in MS Excel, and do
some editing of your addresses and contacts. Delete any old contacts, and
make any changes/updates to contact information. Just follow the header row,
and make changes necessary.
6. After making any changes close the file, and accept the changes.
7. The following are instructions for MS Outlook 2003, but they should be
similar for Outlook'07:
a. Open MS Outlook> FILE> Import/Export
b. Import from another program or file> Comma Separated Values (Windows)
c. Browse to the *.CSV file that you saved on your Desktop and select it
d. You have the option now to save duplicate entries or not
e. Select the Contact folder that you want to save these contacts to (if
you have multiple contact folders)
f. Finish
g. Check and make sure that everything was transfered correctly. I would
create a folder in My Documents, and save the *CSV file for future
reference, maybe rename it to "Comcast Contacts" from WebMail.

Other webmail accts have a similar exporting proceedure, such as Yahoo and
AOL mail.
