I just installed Office 2007 on this new system... ported over all of my
Outlook Express mail (directories, contacts, etc.). I can send him from
OutLook 2007 and the it appears to have the right "from" address.

One of note.. I have my system setup for two (2) users.. both of us are
using OutLook 2007 for email. And both of us have the same issue... chime
but no email...

Any suggestions?

And if you 'test' the mail accounts what then?

I get "test" email from the final execution of "repair" account. I deleted
my email account from Outlook and made a new one.. but the same results.. I
receive the "test" email, but that's it... no others. One more thing... I
went to my wife's login and sent me an email.. and I get the email that I
just sent from her account!

The bad thing about all of this.. is that I have "lost" all of my new email
Typically I could simply go to "comcast.net" and see it there (being a
Outlook Express user), but everything is auto forwarding to Outlook 2007...

I'm not sure what

this has to do with anything. If you mean OE is set to leave mail on the
server and Outlook is deleting it from the server, you can change this in
Tools, Accounts, select and open the acct then More Settings. If "auto
forwarding" means you are really forwarding it somewhere and not that
Outlook is connected to the comcast acct in a normal POP3 manner, please
explain.

The mail is going somewhere - are you looking in the correct pst? Go to the
folder list - Ctrl+6 to show it - how many sets of folders do you have?
Have you tried Advanced find - set it to search all mailboxes for all mail.
To do this, open the advanced find dialog (Ctrl+Shift+F) Click Browse and
select the top level folder - usually called Mailbox or Personal folders -
and check the box at the bottom to search all folders. Click find now. Does
it find the missing mail?
