Post subject: No free/busy Archived from groups: microsoft>public>outlook>teamfolders (more info?)
Our environment is Exchagne 2003 SP3, XP SP1 clients with a mix of Office XP
and 2003.
Some, not all, of the Office 2003 users are reporting that they cannot see
other people's free/busy time. All they get is a gray line. A mouse-over on
that gray line gives a message that free/busy is being retrieved, but it
never does retrieve any.
We've tried deleting and recreating Outlook profiles to no avail.
Has anyone else seen this? Does anyone know the casue and fix for it?
