external data link to txt file with dynamic file name

I would like to set up an external data link to import data from a text file
into excel. The problem is that the name of the referenced text file
changes each day. I want the link to change and reference this new file name
each day and import the data from the new file to the same location in Excel.
The names of the text files will always follow a particular standard based
on the current date (i.e. DATABASECCYYMMDD.TXT).

How can I have the link automatically change its reference the new text file
each day?
