Comcast tells that the reason I can't send emails in Outlook 2007 and Express
is because I have a hot link to my email and website in my signature line. I
have an automatice signature with my name, company name, email address, and
website. Comcast customer support tells me that the website address is
causing my emails to be blocked by the server.

Is this true? I couldn't send emails for 12 days through the Comcast
website or my Outlook 2007 and Outlook Express.

It's possible if the web site address is on an blocked list (usually
potential spammers). They should not be blocking mail with urls otherwise.

Can you send mail without the url in the signature?

I couldn't and then I could. I've been using the same signature for years
and then two weeks ago I couldn't send anymore.

After working with Comcast customer service I could receive but not send
from Comcast webmail, Outlook 2007 and Outlook Express. After excellating
the situation with customer service they said it was the url in the signature
line that was causing the problem.

I took out the url and then I could send. I put the url back in and still
could send.
