emailing word form

I created a form in word that I want to email (not as an attachment)
therefore when I click send to recipient in the menu and enter the
email and send it... It is sent as HTML which does not work for me as
you can't edit the text of that email after it's been sent. Is there
any way to send it in rich text format? Even if my outlook is set to
that format, word bypasses it and send in HTML...
One thing that work is start a new message in outlook (with word as
the editor) then copy and paste the content, but I cxan't save that
mail as an outlook template, so if I save it as a word template then
same problem again...

Any idea???
