Archived from groups: microsoft>public>excel>charting (more info?)

I am a biochemist and I am wanting to be able to plot immunoassay (ELISA)
data. In particular I want to be able to produce standard curves using a
4-parameter logistic curve fit and read the values of 'unknown' samples from
the curve.

I can show you how to fit a logistics curve using Solver - Write to my
private email - I
Also try Google with <ELISA curve> and with <ELISA logistic Excel>

Post subject: MasterPlex ReaderFit for Elisa data analysis [Login to view extended thread Info.]

I know this thread is old but I think this information may still help others who are doing elisa analysis.

http://www.miraibio.com/masterplex-readerfit/curve-fitting-for-plate-readers.html (MasterPlex ReaderFit) is designed specifically for elisa analysis. It draws the standard curves for you based on the 4-parameter logistic or 5-parameter logistic model equations as well as others. In addition, it also provides weighting algorithms to adjust for http://www.miraibio.com/blog/2009/06/tips-for-data-analysis/ (heteroscedasticity).

Here is a blog post for some http://www.miraibio.com/blog/2009/06/tips-for-data-analysis/ (elisa analysis tips).
