I deleted Freecell today and ow Word won't let me call up files. I use XP but
have updated it online, so attempts to boot my original disks fail. Is there
a way I can reinstall whatever operating programs I lost with Freecell?

It depends how you deleted it. If you went into Control Panel, Add/Remove
Programs and used the Windows tab to remove Games, then just reverse the
process. But if you did that, I doubt it would have affect Word...
Try using that route to reinstall the game.

Terry,
THANKS! Your approach worked perfectly. WORD is once again my easy-to-use
friend.
