I have almost two years worth of appointments in my Calendar that I need to
delete. Please tell me I don't have to do this one by one!

Click on Calendar. Do View-Current View-All Appointments. Then just select
all the appointments you want to delete just like you would select a range
of files. Click "delete"

Do you want to delete them or just remove them from your calendar?
Archiving may work better, especially if you need to refer to any of the
items at a future date.
