Post subject: How can I change address labels to a list of addresses? Archived from groups: microsoft>public>word>mailmerge>fields (more info?)
I am using Microsoft Word 2003 and have several pages of address labels that
I would like to change to a list and possibly even Excel so they can be
sorted. I am not sure if this is possible, but it would save alot of typing.

Use convert text to columns
