Since I updated to Mac OS 10.5.4 I have noticed a problem with Excel 2008.
Should I be alarmed? I have removed and reinstalled Office 2008, and updated
it to the most recent version, 12.1.1

Will there be an update to address the obsolete function?

The console message reads:

Priscilla-Greenes-Computer.local Microsoft Excel439 <Error>: The function
`CGPDFDocumentGetMediaBox' is obsolete and will be removed in an upcoming
update. Unfortunately, this application, or a library it uses, is using this
obsolete function, and is thereby contributing to an overall degradation of
system performance.Please use `CGPDFPageGetBoxRect' instead.

Thank you
