If you have formatted text selected when you open the AutoCorrect Options
dialog, the radio buttons will be active (and "Formatted text" will be
selected).

Hi Suzanne
I am relatively new to autocorrect, and I am interested in saving the
autocorrect set on my office computer and loading it on my home computer. Is
there a way of doing this?

Yes. See "How can I import and export all my AutoCorrect entries, so they
can be transferred to another machine?" at
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Customization/ExportAutocorrect.htm. This offers a
macro that will create a text file of AutoCorrect entries from Word 2003 and
earlier. This macro alone will suffice for transferring the entries from one
system to another if the new system has Word 2003 or earlier installed. If
you need to import the entries into Word 2007, then use the AutoCorrect.dotm
template (in Autocorrect2007.zip) from http://jay-freedman.info.
