Post subject: auto-populating the company name field when creating a new contact Archived from groups: microsoft>public>outlook>contacts (more info?)
I've been manually creating several new contacts all from the same company
and it's a bit tedious. Is there a way to use/create a drop down menu box to
help populate some of the various fields such as the Company name field or
others?
I've been copying/pasting the company name from a newly made contact to the
nxt new one I'm making.
Thanks-
asf

That option on the Action menu is greyed out.

Version of Outlook?
is the earlier contact selected when you go to Actions, New contact... ?
If it’s a series of new contacts, use drop down on the Save and New button -
Save and new from same company.
