Hi,
Outlook 2003
A client changed out here PC. I recovered her .PST files from the old PC. 1
file named: Archive1.PST shows a size of 5.58 MB but when I use Outlook to
open it the following folders: Archive, Deleted Items, Sent Items, Search
folder appear but I do not see any data in any of the folders.

Hi,
I rechecked the properties of the archive1.pst show 5.58 MB. If the folders
were empty I assume the size would read somewhere in the kb range. As for
using view please advise on which view to use.

That's still extremely small. Open the file using File-Open-Outlook data
File and then click on each folder in turn and do View-Current View-Messages

Hi HTH,
I agree the file is very small. But I would guess I would see something in
them when I go to current view / view messages.
When I did this nothing showed.
