When I apply a theme in PowerPoint, it changes the color of my drawings. Is
there a way to apply a theme that can change text and bullets and stuff, but
leave the color of figures as they are?

Don't know if the following applies.

Prevent chart colors from changing when you change the color scheme

Have you tried modifying a color scheme?

Themes are document-wide (or presentation-wide - but this is a Word group).
You can apply colours, fonts, and 'effects' independently but if you change
the colour scheme, say, it affects everything that uses theme colours -
text, graphics, whatever. If you want to be more selective in the changes
you apply, take a look at Quick Styles instead.
