I cannot add screenshots to contact notes in BCM. I keep quite a lot of
screenshots throughout my Outlook contacts, so it would be a great loss if
this could not be continued over to BCM.

I guess notes are just text strings that can be stored in a text field
in the database.
You could save the screen shots to JPG files, and attach the files as
documents to a contact's history.

Luther,
Is there actually a way to save a JPG to the contact history? If so, it
would be incredible!

Let me answer that on Luther's behalf, if I may.
Yes, you actually can save a picture to a contact's history in BCM.
(A) By means of attaching a file - If the picture you wish to add to a
contact's notes is a file, open the contact's history, click the "New..."
button and then choose "File".
(B) By means of the Windows clipboard - Make sure you have a picture in the
Windows clipboard (e.g. by using Print Screen on your keyboard or by by
copying it from a document or from a web site). Now, open your contact's
history, open an existing history item or create a new one, e.g. a business
note, and paste the picture from the clipboard into the big remarks field
where you usually type type your remarks.
Apart from using your contact's history, there's another way that might
suite you, if your picture is on the clipboard. Open your contact record and
click the Details button in the ribbon at the top of the window. Now paste
your picture from the Windows clipboard into the big remarks area.
Please let us know if this is helpful to you.
