Post subject: Word 2007 won't print color Add to elertz Archived from groups: microsoft>public>word>application>errors (more info?)
I have a user who is having a problem printing color to a color printer. No
matter what color she selects, it prints as black and white. No other users
are having this issue and she can print color from other programs. The only
application that won't print in color is word 2007.
I've tried reinstalling the printer drivers, and still no fix.
She is using Vista as well. The printer is a Xerox Docucolor 240.

I presume that you have delved into the printer driver settings to ensure
that they haven't been tampered with? In which case, I would suggest the
printer driver is the problem. Check to see if there is an updated driver
and then delete and reinstall the printer.
