My employer continues to run Word 2000 over the XP Professional OS. I run
Word 2007 over the XP Home OS. The differences in the tool bars is making me
crazy. Is there anyway to use even a 2003 toolbar with the Word 2007 or the
2007 toolbar with Word 2000 at work? Jumping back and forth is making me
absolutely crazy.

You might be interested in the Toolbar Toggle add-in
(http://www.toolbartoggle.com/). There's a review of it at

Couldn't agree more, Maria. Another reason to NOT upgrade!
