Word 2007 autotexts in menubar

Kris,

You would probably need to do some customization it the Ribbon UI to have
this sort of discriminate filtering. What might work in your sitution is to
disperse BuildingBlock contentcontrols throughout your template. You might
pick CustomGallery1 as the place to store all of your firm unique
BuildingBlocks and then group those into appropriate categories. You could
place the ContentControl in the appropriate spot and define it so that it
only displays one category.

That is also what I started coming up with. I would love to be able to make
my own gallery name, so that way I am not limited (15 seperate groups in the
document right now), but I have only seen a VBA way of doing that, and
haven't tried it. I figured that there must be an easy way to make a gallery
with the name of my own choosing, and not just CUSTOM 1.
