Word 07 - default printer on labels and envelops

When simply printing a document, one gets the opportunity to select
which printer, but if you go into the 'mailings' menu to create a
label or envelope, when you print, it goes straight to the default
printer. Since I keep my main printer loaded with standard paper and
a secondary printer loaded with envelopes ... am I missing a trick to
be able to select my second printer on the envelope and label
functions?

My current not-so-satisfactory workaround is to open control-
panel>printers, change the default, open Word and do my work, print my
envelopes, then go back to the control panel to reset the default
printer. Clumsy enough, but I've found that I have to make the switch
before opening Word, because it will take as 'default' whatever it
was when it started, not what it is at print time.

Click on the New Document button on the Labels tab of the Envelopes and
Labels dialog and your label will be transferred to a new document which
will then allow you to print the labels in the way that you would print a
document, selecting the printer that you want to use.
