We have been using winfax pro for years without problem. Recently it
has malfunctioning by not letting us change or edit phone numbers. We
can still edit the names of contacts but when we place the curser into
the phone number or fax number field it shuts down. Has anybody else
had this issue?

Since WinFax is a Symantec program, I would suggest posting to a symantec news group or browse their knowledge base library for information.
