VISIO image printing errors in WORD

Embedded Visio images in Word docs appear correctly on the screen, but when
printed, show previous versions, i.e. not including current edits. These may
appear to be correct, but in fact show outdated info. I do not have Visio
installed. The obvious problem here is that the user, if relying solely on
the printed copy, may have significant undetectable errors in the Visio pics.

Word version is WORD 2003, SP3. Same problem observed on multiple printer
brands and models, i.e. it doesn't seem to be a print driver issue.
