Post subject: Userform and merge codes in a template Archived from groups: microsoft>public>word>vba>userforms (more info?)
Word XP
I have a userform in a template and one of the questions on the form is "One
or more classes of shares?" The choices are one of two optionbuttons One or
More than one. This is so I can automate the wording in the template.
I've called optionbutton "More than one" sharesp
Logically in my template I'd like the code to read
that the form of share certificate{if frmState2.sharesp = True "s"}and
blank ensorsement thereon, etc.
this should automatically add an s to the word certificate.

Identical post answered in mailmerge.fields newsgroup.
As you are using Outlook Express, you should include all of the newsgroups
in which you think it may be appropriate to post a question into the header
of just one message. Then the message will appear in those newsgroups and
an answer in one group will also appear in the others. That will help stop
people wasting their time answering questions that may already have been
answered.

Hope this helps.
