When I installed MS office 2003 to my new computer when I start outlook it
comes up with the following "unsble to open your default e-mail folders.
Outlook could not start because a data file to send and receive mail couild
not be found. To add a data file, such as a personal folder file, double
click the mail icon in Windows control panel. When I go to the mail icon I
don't see how to add a file.

Sounds like someone has tried to configure Outlook before on that computer
but supplied the wrong server details.
Start with a clean mail profile and this time supply the correct server
details when configuring Outlook.
