Post subject: Unable to Connect to Original MSSmallBusiness db file Archived from groups: microsoft>public>outlook>bcm (more info?)
When opening BCm within Outlook, the original db MSSmallBusiness is
unaccessible through the data file management in Outlook. For some reason,
there is a new db called MSSmallBusiness2 which is empty.
I have tried to find the original BCM data file in C:\Documents and
Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\Business Contact Manager but
there is no file located here.
I have a .bcm backup, but it is 8 days old and I have made substantial
changes since.

Ended up being a corrupt DB file. Microsoft support was very helpful.
