Dear Sir,

We are unable to open the application by clicking an excel file sheet.
Please kindly suggest me

In Excel, click on Tools, Options. On the General Tab, make sure that
"Ignore other applications" is unticked.

Exit Excel, and double click on an Excel file from Explorer, and it should
open.

In 2007, click on the round icon on the left, then click on Excel options.
Select Advanced, scroll down to general, and untick "Ignore other
applicaitons that use DDE"

Hi,

Try to repair your your file. Even if you got same error than you need to
take the help of Excel Recovery software to repair and recover your excel
file. You download the software from
http://www.repair-excel-file.com
