Post subject: Trouble opening Excel2007-Run-time error '-2147467359 (80004005) Add to elertz Archived from groups: microsoft>public>excel>crashesgpfs (more info?)
It takes a while for the error to come up on the screen but if I hit the end
button then Excel opens. The total error is - Run-time error '-2147467359
(80004005)'; Method 'Add of object 'CommandBarControls' failed

I am also having this problem and would welcome some suggestions...re-install
does not correct.

This one has been giving me trouble recently too. Anyone have any idea
how to fix it?

Hi David, I suffer exactly the same problem you've described in your mail.
May be it's a virus or a software malfunction that has been accidentally
triggered by any a key combination. Hoe can the Microsoft development be
involved to analyze the problem ?
