Post subject: Synchronizing PST calendar with Exchange Server Calendar Archived from groups: microsoft>public>outlook>calendaring (more info?)
Hi,
I recently configured my Outlook to pull down all the server content
including my calendar to a local PST file. Now, my Exhange server calendar is
empty. However, I am unable to share my PST Calendar and therefore, my
colleagues do not know what my schedule is when they look up my shared
calendar on the server.
Is it possible to synchronize my PST and Server calendars? If not, can I
just leave my calendar online while pull down all my emails to a PST?

Why would you want to do that?

Of course. You're storing your data in a location only you can access.

You want your delivery location to be the Exchange mailbox. I posted in
this newsgroup exactly how to accomplish what you want, but apparently you
didn't perform a search prior to asking. Here;s a reference to my most
receint post:

And once you have the Exchange store set as the default delivery location, so
that it holds your active calendar, you can add rule(s) to pull down mail to
your PST file -- keeping in mind that means it won't be on the server to be
backed up or accessed remotely.
