Spell check stopped working

I was so happy when i found this thread, I have the same problem. Did you
ever find out why this was happening? From my understanding all you did was
create a new user and copy over your files, does this work for you now, I
mean you haven't come across the problem since.

I'm having the exact same problem in Word and Outlook 2007 operating under
Vista. Spell check just stops. When you run it manually, the message just
says "completed", which of course it's not. Then sometimes mysteriously it
will start working again. The "do not check" button is never checked and the
language is always set to English.
