Post subject: Show two power point presentation on one screen toggle back and Archived from groups: microsoft>public>powerpoint (more info?)
I am trying to use slides from one power point presentation using only part
of the slide in another presentation would like to toggle back and forward to
pull them over to the new presentation.

Not sure whether I understood your question fully. But if you need slides
from one presentation in the other consider using Insert - Slides from
file - browse to the other PPT file and insert the slides you want, you can
keep the formatting by using the checkbox at the bottom of the dialogue.
