Sharing Mail items with follow up flags

hi folks,

I think this question is more a function of outlook than Exchange so i'm not
gonna cross post. I have exchange 2003 and outlook 2003 and would like to
try and share mail items that are flagged for follow up.Most of my to do list
is made up of these mail items and instead of re entering them into tasks or
creating entries in an access db for tracking, I'd like to just simply be
able to share these items with my boss who can review them, resolve them,
close them, comment on them, etc.

If there is a way to do this I haven't found it yet.
