Shape fill with picture does not print

I cannot get the fill image inside the shape to print.

Background: I am not generating a merge field with the lables. I have a
single image (jpeg) that I am setting as the fill for the auto shapes within
each table
cell. I am doing it this way so that the image fits perfectly into the shape
for each lable. It's a sheet of six identical lables (basiclly a bunch of
stickers).

It looks perfect in print preview, but nothing but a blank page is printed.

Any ideas to help me out would be greatly appreciated.
