Reuse text - Quickparts can't update itself

Hi there

I would like to be able to reuse a paragraph all over my document. More importantly, I want to be able to update this paragraph anywhere in the document and all other areas the text is are automatically updated.

I tried to do this by 1.) defining the text as a quick part and then inserting it in different places and then 2.) making it a bookmark and then cross-referencing it.

However, there doesn't seem to be a way that if I make a change to any one of these instances, the others will all update automatically. There seems to have to be a source or master paragraph.

Any ideas?

PS: I don't want to use includetext in another document.
