Post subject: Public Inbox
Hi

I wonder if someone has any ideas, I am trying to setup a public folder inbox. I would like a situation whereas the first person that reads that mail is logged as 'read by' and time/stamped.

For instance if we are using a public inbox to handle website enquiries we would like to know who first read the email and what time and date.
Does anyone have any ideas
