Protecting only a Section of a Form

I am working with Windows- Word 2003 and I am trying to unprotect part of a
document on a form. I have inserted section breaks but when I try to protect
a section only, it protects the entire document even with the section
breaks.

Please help

Have you unchecked the sections you wish to be unprotected from the protect
document task pane?
