Problems whith printing agenda outlook

I am trying to make the weekly agenda good, but if I do that than they are
telling me that there is something wrong with the massier of the paper, the
height en wide side.
Can you tell me how I can solve this problem because I have tried
everything all ready and nobody can tell me how I must do it.

I tried internet and I have make a upgrade but it didden’t work.
I have the version Microsoft outlook 2003 Dutch version.
