Post subject: Problems printing embedded tables Archived from groups: microsoft>public>word>application>errors (more info?)
In most of our documents, we have tables linked from Excel. When we print
them, they print out as black boxes. It doesn't matter if we're printing to
an HP laserjet, the Xerox multi-purpose machine, or even to PDF.
The links are done as "Pictures (Windows Metatfiles)". (The boss does not
like the inability to manipulate the size of the tables when pasted as
"Worksheet Objects, which prints out the data, but due to the size of some of
the tables, cuts off data.)

Hello,
don't know exactly but you have to change the backround of all cells to
white, or if they are white to transparent. Ususally the problem occurs on
diagrams.
