How can I get tables in a document with odd and even pages to stay in the
same position from the outer edge?
(I want all tables to be for example 2 cm from the edge)
Do I have to edit properties for every table in the document?

Are you using "Mirror margins"? Are the tables full-width (100%)? If less
than full width, you can set their alignment as Left or Right as
appropriate, but this would have to be adjusted if a table moved from an odd
to an even page or vice versa.
