Printing is not available error in Outlook 2003

Hello,

We have a strange problem with Outlook 2003. When trying to print an email
Outlook would give an error message “Printing is not available. There are no
printers installed. You can select and configure a printer in Windows Control
Panel.�

All printers are setup the way it should be and all other application are
printing fine.

I was able to fix it before by recreating user profile but hopefully there
is an easier way to do it or even preventing from happening again.

Windows XP SP2
Office 2003 Pro
