I do not think I have had this problem printing envelopes before; but I am
using Word 2007 and it may be that I just need to change a setting:
I selected a 4 line address in a letter and printed an envelope. Only three
lines of the address went into the delivery section of the envelope and the
last line went into the return address.

The address details go into a Frame that is defined in the Envelope Address
Style. I am not sure how one of the lines became separated, but select the
line that is in the return address area and use Ctrl+X to Cut it from there
and then move the selection to the end of the third line of the address (to
make sure that it is inside the Frame and then use Ctrl+V to Paste it there.
You may need to use Enter or Shift +Enter to force it to start on a new line
after pasting.

Hope this helps.
