Post subject: Printing Worksheet with Protected Cells Archived from groups: microsoft>public>excel>printing (more info?)
Hello,
We have an Excel 2003 spreadsheet and many of the cells are protected. The
problem is, when we can't set the print area or do anything else to select
parts of the page which include the protected cells.
In the spreadsheet, we are always selecting different areas to print so
there is nothing static about what we are printing.

You can always go to File>Page Setup>Sheet and type in a print range even if you
cannot select cells.
