Post subject: Printing Headings
Archived from groups: microsoft>public>excel>printing (more info?)

Hi! 22 Sep

We generate large reports in Excel, where subsections have headings which are
printed once, not repeated in each row.

While printing reports, the second page of each subsection (if the subsection
extends beyond one page ( which would depend on current printer setup)), the
second page onwards will not carry the subsection heading.

Is there any way I can convince 'Rows to repeat at top' to look for some last
printed heading and print it in the top of every page?

I dont thinkso, but I wish I am wrong.

Mohan

Not too readily without VBA code but in any case you would wind up with
separate print jobs.

Might be easier to do that manually to start with.
