Print handout

Hello,

I have two file power point: one in English and another is the translation.
I want to print 6 slices per page as below:

Slice number 1 (in English) Slice number 1 (in native language)
Slice number2 (in English) Slice number2 (in native language)
Slice number3 (in English) Slice number3 (in native language)

How can I print the way that the number appear in each slice no chance. (
number of slice in native language is the same as original verson).

You would have to combine the two presentations into a single presentation and
then arrange the slides so that they print in the order you'd like.

It might be simpler to do something like this:

Save both presentations as PNG

Start Word, insert a two-column table and bring the PNG images of your slides
into the table cells:

Row one: Column 1=Slide1(English), Column 2=Slide1(native language)
Row two: Column 2=Slide2(English), Column 2=Slide2(native language)

and so on
