Personal forms not sent and stuck in outbox

Hi,
I designed a quite simple form with some text and combo box field.
I did it on Outlook 2003 (french version).

I published this form in our two "Organisational Form Library" (we used an
exchange server and have a library for french users and english users)

Some users have problem with this form (on both english and french outlook
clients ) : they can create a new message based on the form, they can send it
without error message BUT the message stuck in the outbox and is never sent.
They can delete it, recreate a new one, it's everytime the same problem.
I precise that all other messages are well sent directly (it's not a problem
with offline/online mode or with "send message automatically" option)

I tried with and without the option "save the definition of the form" ....


What kind of options or parameters in the form or in the client can be
responsible of this strange behaviour ?

I have exactly the same problem, with the same version of outlook

With some users we can solve it unchecking the option "use cached exchange mode". But the problem is that these users don´t want to have this option unchecked, and I don´t know if there is another way to get over this issue.

In addition, there are other users who had already set this option unchecked, and still have the same problem.

Please, if you find a solution, let me know. I will do the same.
