Pape Setup paper source options not remembered.

Hi,

I have strange problem. I created a template on computer and used page setup
to specify the paper source for the template. When a new file is created
based on that template te paper source setting is lost. If I open the
template again the paper source is back to the default again.

I copied the template to another computer with the same network printer
attached. The paper source was the default and I set the paper source again
and saved the templeate. When I opened the template the setting is
remembered and is also set in a document based on the template. I copied
this file to the other (first) computer and the setting remains set. I
compared the two templated and noticed that the size is different. When I
open the template with the correct settings (the largest file) in Notepad I
can see the name of the network printer.

I have tested this behaviour on several computers. With two computers, which
were installed using the same unattended installation procedure, the
settings isn't remembered. One of those computers has Office 2003 SP2
installed and the other one has Office 2003 SP3 installed. On the computer
where the paper source setting is stored in the excel file Office 2003 SP1
is installed. On a fourth computer, which was installed using the same
method as the computer with Office 2003 SP1, I installed Office 2003 with
SP3. On this computer the setting is also remembered when I create a new
template but when I open the template used on the other computers the
setting is back to its default. When I change the paper source setting and
save the template it works on that computer but not on the others....
The problem isn't caused by a lack of security rights because the user is an
administrator and I tested with different user accounts.

Does anyone have a clue how to solve this problem?
