Outlook BCM versus MS CRM

As I've posted previously, I'm having various issues with BCM, primarily with
email. To that end, I've begun looking at other options for an alternative
solution, including MS CRM.

I'm well versed in CRM applications, and realize they're vastly more
powerful than Outlook BCM, but has anyone tried/used this specific product?
If so, did you migrate from/had you previously used BCM? If we go this
route, is it possible to backup and restore my BCM data into CRM? Any
ballpark ideas on cost (for approx 4-6 licenses)?

Any light you can shed on this would be appreciated.
