Hi, not sure if this is the appropriate forum but I am guessing from the title "3rd Party Utilities" that it is.. I have helped develop an archive utililty which helps "workaround" the way Outlook handles the received/sent/last modified date problem. You can export selection to another PST or in .MSG format to a folder structure on disk. You can learn more here: http://www.smsware.com/ota/
